Health care system in IRAN is the responsibility of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.

As well as most privet firms holds social security insurance which they pay only 30% of the health care expenses.

IRAN has more than 1700 hospital and clinic all over the country. There are more than 5000 pharmacy and drugstore that operating around the globes.

Some 65.000 doctors practicing in hospitals, clinics and private offices.
